CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

1. Customer provides accurate collection, delivery and recipient information.
2. Only lawful, safe and properly described goods may be booked.
3. Charges are based on agreed service, route, size/weight and applicable extras.
4. Ratels may refuse prohibited, dangerous or unsafe consignments.
5. Proof of delivery may include signature, OTP, photo or digital confirmation.
6. Customer information may be processed for bookings, delivery, support, invoicing and compliance.
7. Claims and liability are subject to Ratels service terms and applicable South African law.
